Three convoys hit the trails today in Osby: the hard, medium, and “easy” routes. But when we say “easy,” we mean it relative to the other tracks on this course—not necessarily easy by general standards. Osby is always a challenge, and this year was no different.
Unfortunately, the area has shrunk since last year, and the earlier softer sections are no longer part of the trail, making it even tougher.
We had fantastic warm weather all day—until late afternoon, when a serious rainstorm suddenly rolled in and gave us a dramatic end to the ride.
