Insurance is required at 50 SEK per vehicle (total 350 SEK per vehicle). For insurance reasons, ATVs and UTVs are not allowed if registered as MC; they are only permitted if registered as a Tractor A/B.

All offroad vehicles must have a protective cover or tarp under the car when parked in the pit or campsite. While driving, every vehicle must be equipped with at least a 2 kg fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. For safety reasons, open vehicles are not permitted; each vehicle must have either a roof or a protective roll cage.
