Hässleholm Mölleröd

Offroad

AREA Hässleholm Mölleröd.

Nestled in a beautiful broadleaf forest, this former military terrain is perfect for a friendly and fun offroad adventure. Explore a variety of forest trails, muddy patches, and rocky paths at your own pace. The terrain is relatively gentle compared to other offroad areas, with no steep slopes or high climbs, making it easy and approachable for beginners. At the same time, there are plenty of challenges, including tracks that are not suitable for just any vehicle, offering excitement for more experienced drivers as well.

Free driving is not allowed; a printed map with trails for beginners and experienced drivers is provided at the drivers’ meeting. Enjoy navigating the old military trails, discovering stones, mud, and the natural surroundings along the way.

After lunch, join the optional greenlaning through scenic forest roads until 4 PM. Vehicles must be road legal and able to drive at 70 km/h. In 2021–2022, SOT Mölleröd-Hässleholm offered 100 km of greenlaning through the beautiful surrounding landscape, providing a relaxed and memorable experience for all participants.

ATV not allowed, Side-by-side is allowed.

Max vehicle weight: 3,500 kg

No free driving. Map with trails for beginners and experianced drivers avaliable in print on drivers meeting.

Greenlaning, optional for tose interested after lunch.

All vehicles must be equipped with a fire extinguisher and preferably 10 liters of water. For winching, bring a tree strap.

Camping & Service

CAMPING is allowed on site, and the large green-field parking area accommodates vehicles, caravans, and ground tents, offering flexible options for all types of campers. An outhouse is available approximately 750 meters from the campsite. Fresh water is available about 250 meters away at a small hiker’s tap, suitable for refilling bottles but too slow for filling larger water containers.

Lunch is sold on site during lunchtime on the offroad day, providing a convenient option for campers.

Car service is not available on site; the nearest gas station with an air compressor is 6 km away.

COMMERCIAL CAMPING
Commercial camping: Luhrsjöbadens Camping, by lake Luhrsjön, 3 km south west of Hästveda, +46 (0)451-304 15. Hotel: Vita Hästen, +46 (0)725573495, www.vita-hasten.com, 1 km from the driving area.

NAVIGATION
Hässleholm Mölleröd from road 21, take depature against Finja, Helsingborgsvägen. The offroad area is located in a public outdoor recreation area hence a lot of the roads are blocked, enterance to the offroad area is only possible from the road Tyringevägen/Dragonvägen.
