Hästveda Sågbacken

Offroad

AREA Large forest with trails, hills, mud holes and free driving area. The trail ’Stölleprovet’ is the local favorite, as well as ‘Järnvägsspåret’. But think twice before venturing out in ‘Sams swamp’.

‘Skotarspåren’ is perfect for those we are new, there are challenges but optional routs to choose between. Offroad map including the trails and some of the areas/challenges names included, is avaliable on their website and in print at the drivers meeting.

Free driving is allowed, but there are also more then enough trails to follow in soft, medium and hard classification.

ATV not allowed, Side-by-side is allowed.

Free driving allowed on part of the area. Map with trails for beginners and experianced drivers.

Fire/BBQ not allowed in the forest

All vehicles must be equipped with a fire extinguisher and preferably 10 liters of water. For winching, bring a tree strap.

Camping & Service

CAMPING is allowed. The main campsite is located on the parking field, which has large flat gravel surfaces. It’s also possible to camp on the older, greener campsite across the road, or at Gläntans Camping, which is only accessible by 4×4.

The clubhouse bathrooms are open from Friday (the day before the event) until Monday. You’re more than welcome to set up camp at any of the first three locations during that time.

COMMERCIAL CAMPING
Commercial camping: Luhrsjöbadens Camping, by lake Luhrsjön, 3 km south west of Hästveda, +46 (0)451-304 15. Hotel: Vita Hästen, +46 (0)725573495, www.vita-hasten.com, 1 km from the driving area.

Possible to camp on this location for the firs 3 days (10th-13th)
